One of our key milestones is the development of the ROMA-GEM Mentoring Toolkit. This toolkit will provide mentors and young Roma women (aged 14–25) with structured guidance, resources and strategies to build strong and meaningful mentoring relationships.
Through this toolkit, we aim to:
✨ Support mentors in guiding young participants effectively
✨ Strengthen confidence, leadership and personal development
✨ Create safe and productive mentoring environments
By equipping mentors with the right tools, we are building the foundation for empowering the next generation of young Roma women.
